Unless otherwise noted, all slabbed or graded cards, sealed products, and individual packs are in overall good condition and have been stored in a protected, vaulted environment. Items described as sealed appear to retain their original factory wrapping or seals based on our visual inspection; however, factory wrapping and packaging may vary by product, country of origin, and production run.

Shrink wrap, boxes, tins, and other exterior packaging may exhibit normal factory, shelf, storage, or handling wear, including small tears, pinholes, punctures, nicks, scratches, scuffs, loose or uneven wrapping, dents, creases, edge and corner wear, warping, discoloration, sticker residue, or other minor imperfections. Individual packs may show crimp wear, wrinkles, abrasions, edge wear, minor tears, or other factory- and handling-related wear.

No representation or warranty is made regarding the weight, print variation, internal contents, pull rates, card centering, or condition of any cards, packs, promotional items, or accessories contained within sealed packaging. Sealed products will not be opened for inspection and are sold based solely on their visible exterior condition.

For slabbed or graded cards, all grades, designations, attributions, and authenticity determinations are the opinions of the identified third-party grading company and are not independently guaranteed by the auctioneer. Slabs, holders, and labels may exhibit scratches, scuffs, chips, cracks, label wear, internal debris, or other cosmetic imperfections. The auctioneer makes no guarantee that a card will receive the same grade if resubmitted, crossed over to another grading service, reviewed, or reholdered.
