M-041 Smith & Wesson Model 10 38 SPL. SN#181661. It is a model 10. The caliber is a 38 SPL. On the righthand side of the gun the frame has a trademark with "S&W" overlapping and underneath says "REG.U.S.PAT.OFF". The cylinder has some wear and tear and the pistol grip has some scuffs. The gun has some discoloration on the frame. Overall condition is fair. The above item has been described for us by the firearms dealer which holds an FFL.
