First 10" x 8" photo of Maris was taken on September 9th, 1961, eating a 'hero sandwhich' in the Yankees dressing room after winning the World Series against the Baltimore Orioles. In very good condition, with some signs of scattered wear, including some stains and creases. Second 10" x 7" photo of Maris additionally taken after winning the World Series. In fine condition, with some signs of scattered wear, including some staining, mainly confined to border around photo.
