1960s rhodium plated cabochon faux-opal and clear rhinestone brooch with security clasp that can be worn as a pendant. Marked "Panetta." Measures: 1 inches long by 7/8 inches wide. Condition: Very good; rhinestones look bright. Maybe slight aging to a few but they are so small it is hard to tell.
