Details: One of the first poster produced by Cappiello for the Journal Le Cri de Paris whose direction is entrusted to Ernest Marilhet. Le Cri de Paris is a French political and satirical weekly periodical founded by Alexandre Natanson in January 1897. Linked to its beginnings with La Revue blanche, this press disappeared in June 1940. This advertising poster shows an impressive list of contributors: Philibert Audebrand, Jean de Bonnefon, Marcel Boulenger, Marquis de Castellane, Maurice Donnay, Felix Dubois, Georges Feydeau, Fierens-Gevaert, Franc Nohain, Paul Gavault, Auguste Germain, Jean Guetary, Gustave Guiches, GYP, Henry des Houx, Jean Lorrain, René Maiseroy, Charles Maurras, Robert Mitchell, Jean de Mity, Comte de Montesquiou, Montjoyeux, François de Nion, Joséphin Peladan, Hugues Rebell, J.
