Description
Early 1900s natural wicker Heywood Wakefield settee featuring a closely woven set-in caned seat, rolled arms and back with lattice work divided by two panels, the top employs the fish scale design, a hallmark of Victorian wicker. It is constructed with closely woven reed skirting, curly cues below the arms and has a natural walnut stain to reeds. A classic turn of the century late Victorian piece.
