The "Charlemagne" pattern reflects Rosenthal's neoclassical European aesthetic - rich cobalt grounds paired with ornate gold decoration inspired by formal continental dinner services. Circa late 1960s-1980s, most likely 1970s-1980s based on the backstamp.
