Eagle border, with a well to do couple in the centre standing in what we feel is current day Fairmount Park/Boathouse Row in the City of Philadelphia.

Size: 10 1/4" across/wide, 1" tall

Condition: Very nice clean and crisp condition. No chips or cracks found. Minor use and wear marks.
