1980s Patrick Nagel Serigraph "Gallery in the Courtyard" matted and framed. Patrick Nagel (1945-1984) was an American artist and illustrator. He created popular illustrations on board, paper and canvas, most of which emphasize the female form in a a distinctive style descended from Art Deco and Pop Art. He is best know for his illustrations for Playboy and the pop music group Duran Duran for whom he designed the cover of the best selling album Rio.
