This stunning antique French carved gesso, gilt, and wood mirror features ornate scrolls, foliage, florals, and a large central fleur de lis in the crown. Perfectly scaled to strike a balance between function and decoration with a wire on the back for hanging, it is well-suited for hanging over a mantle or fireplace.

Condition Notes: It is in very good vintage condition for its age. The mirror is clear with one faint horizontal streak across the center that is difficult to capture with camera. The wood and gesso frame has some seams and cracks typical for the age. It is largely intact, with only a couple of small tips of the ornate corner scrolls broken off.
