Very nice example of redware from the Stahl pottery with a blue glaze, tulips and a mustard/brown/green bullseye in the center. Dated along the upper edge 7-30-1946 along with the saying "The world won't cure it, you must and the world won't wine if you fail. The lousy world won't notice it no matter how loudly you wail. Made and decorated B.J. J.S. Stahl". 9 3/4" diam.
