Asprey Harding Sinclair Great Wheel Skeleton Clock
20th Cent. England
The clock's design consists of polished frames and four drive wheels, mechanical movement,
white enamel, Roman numerals. The great wheel has 288 teeth and makes only one revolution per day, thereby driving the central wheel, which is located behind the dial. The escapement mechanism is a Graham Deadbeat, driven by a pendulum suspended on a thin "silk" string. Power reserve of 8 days. Glass dome with a winding hole. Incised "Harding Sinclair England" with # 1452 verso of pendelum.
