Condition Report:

The seat pad and fabric are later to the frame. There are scuffs, scratches, and loses to the wood in places commensurate with age and use - particularly towards the bottom section of the sofa. It would benefit from some restoration before use. It is structurally sound although it would benefit from conditioning as it is a bit unstable. No woodworm present. Please see additional photographs.
