Stunning and expertly crafted large marquetry picture depicting Chillon Castle (Chateau de Chillon) on Lake Geneva in Switzerland. Writing on the back states it was created using 36 wood species. Made with exceptional detail, it's hard to believe this is entirely inlaid wood veneer and not a painting. Unknown age and maker.
