This is a print after an oil on canvas painting by Deirdre Hyde titled "El Bosque Tropical Nuboso" (Spanish for "The Tropical Cloud Forest") depicting an idealized landscape of a tropical cloud forest in the Central Volcanic Mountain Range of Costa Rica. Between 1984-1990 she designed posters illustrating the flora and fauna of 6 ecosystems in Costa Rica. Each painting represents over 80 species. This colorful image from 1989 is one of those. Currently, it does not seem to be easily available. The frame is 23.75"x17.5" in size.
