Lovely 19th Century Sepia Wash Architectural Landscape Drawing

The scene depicts a rustic village street with a tower, arched stone gateway and a seated figure in rural dress.

Condition Notes: Very typical aging for a drawing of this period. Even overall toning and mild foxing, consistent with the age of the paper. Light fading of the sepia wash and graphite in some areas. Mat burn at the edges where it previously touched acidic mat board. No visible tears or major losses. Frame is later but attractive and stable.
