Description
Created plein air in my garden, a profusion of iris cheerfully greet you in this 16" by 12" wide painting. There is something serenely beautiful about a natural flower painting. Here the artist, painting on a wooden birch panel, captured the vibrant and colorful blooms even though it was a cloudy day. The frame is an elegant gold fram with a distressed black edge that adds a touch of 19th feeling to this new frame. The frame measures 19.125" tall by 15.25" wide and 1.5" deep. The painting is signed on the lower left and signed on the back.
