Entitled "Minnesota" this 1955 watercolor on paper scene is by Chicago artist David Landis (1918-1983). Landis was Associate Professor of Drawing and Painting and faculty member at the Art Institute of Chicago.
Signed lower right. Excellent vintage condition.
