19th Century American Folk Art Pastel Portrait of a Young Girl and Her Dog

Description

We are selling this charming pastel drawing of a pretty young girl in fancy dress with her King Charles Spaniel. This fine folk art pastel is very well executed and is probably after the Currier and Ives print titled "My Little Playfellow". The pastel is housed in a very nice lemon gold frame.

Condition: Good condition with some wear to the pastel and the framing. Glass on frame was broken and had it replaced with Plexi. Some fauxing/mold spots under the glass.
