This is a beautifully framed and matted colorized print of "Bathers Disturbed" or "Le Bain Trouble" by Marguerite Therese Maugein b 1736 - ?. Maugein (and this particular engraving) was featured in a 1901 Smithsonian Library Catalog of Engravings, etchings and lithographs by women (excerpt from catalog included in photos). I believe this is in its original frame. The piece is 20.5" tall x 17.5" wide.
