This is part of Chairish's Costume Jewelry assortment.

Goldtone carved resin faux-jade ring with inside sizer. Marked "Trifari." Size 6 1/2 at the largest, but can be worn if your finger is smaller. Measures: Measures: 5/8 inches tall by 7/8 inches wide by 1 3/16 inches deep. Excellent condition. I believe this matches a pair of earrings which were advertised by Trifari in 1972.
