A romantic celestial brooch from the Victorian era, crafted in 18K yellow gold with a platinum top. The crescent moon is set with approximately 2.00 carats of rose-cut diamonds, accented by alternating star motifs set with natural blue sapphires and additional rose-cut diamonds (approx. 0.60 carats sapphire total). Symbolizing guidance and protection, the moon and stars motif was highly favored during the 19th century.
