Mid Century hand painted tile artwork by French ceramicist Dodik Jegou. The 12 Polychrome enameled earthenware tiles are placed on a board to create a beautiful piece. With a black background, it features a man and a woman holding their pinky fingers together and wearing yellow clogs and boots. This is a very fine example of Dodik's work.

Condition Notes: The tiles are in great shape but it appears that there has been a color repair to one area- see pictures. The color repair was to the black background and does not stand out in most lighting. There are few spots where polychrome appears slightly dull but not noticeable. The wood board the tiles are adhered to has slight warping, but is mostly flat and will hang beautifully.
