Description

A beautiful, playful asparagus ceramic tray by ceramicist Sheldon Gants for Ceramic Art Studio. Sheldon Gants received his undergraduate degree in Ceramic Art and Design from Alfred in 1940. The artist was associated with two famed ceramic studios - Ceramic Associates and Kroywen of New York, where he completed industrial design work in clay. Signed on bottom with artist stamp and studio stamp. No imperfections. Overall great vintage condition, consistent with age and use.
