Beautiful white ribbed pottery umbrella/cane stand with a banded vine and leaf pattern at the top, possibly Weller Pottery.
It is a heavy and solid piece that will easily support a number of umbrellas or canes. It could also be used for a tall floral display with pampas grass or curly willow branches.
