Unique pair of onyx marble bookends made from ornamental stone mined from the Baluchistan region of Pakistan. One bookend is completely carved into a classic geometric triangle shape, while the other maintains its natural shape on two sides to reveal how the stone looked originally before cutting and polishing. The face of this piece is sanded but unpolished, showing the original striations of the rock as it was found.
