Wonderful old Chinese ceramic pillow or head rests that have been converted to table lamps mid-20th century. The ceramics predate the lamps, and are much older. Crisp white with a vivid and rich royal blue, each ceramic has Chinese symbols in the center in front and back. Surrounded by florals. The ceramic rests upon a brass base with round feet that in turn rests upon a chippy paint black pedestal.
