AMERICAN PAINTED PINE WORK BENCH / LOW TABLE, of modern coffee table scale, the single-board rectangular top with a central mortise cut into the surface probably for a tool of some kind, the whole supported by through-mortised legs. Retains an early green painted surface to the base with a dry scrubbed top. Second half 19th century. 16 1/2" HOA, 54" x 19" OA.
