Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are NOT authenticators of any item represented.

PAYMENT: Please ensure the credit card account number and expiration date are accurate and your credit card can bear the weight of your purchases. Convenience fee of 3.99% applies to CC/PayPal/Venmo payments, as detailed on your invoice.

To ensure speedy delivery, please pay for your invoice through the PAY NOW button, also available in your bidder account. When paying with a Bank Wire Transfer the bidder/sender must add a $15 bank service fee in the amount sent.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS: It is the responsibility of the bidders to follow the rules of the auction company. At 72 hrs post-sale, NPBs will be reported as such. Bidding privileges are suspended. Auctioneer reserves the right to process an outstanding charge to the cc on file. No item will be released without payment in full.

SALES TAX: Proxibid and LiveAuctioneers collect your local/state sales tax. We do not add or remove tax. If you are tax-exempt, please ensure your certificate is on file in your account. Any issues with Invoicing, or Sales Tax please contact the bidding platform as they are the only ones that can address any questions regarding these.

SHIPPING: Our preferred shipper, The Roseto Mailroom, in Roseto, PA manages shipping for Proxibid and LiveAuctioneers for 
Non-LiveShipping bidders.

Our preferred vendor The Roseto Mailroom is a locally owned private shipping company that professionally packs, insures, and ships your valuables.
Quality shipping can be expensive, especially for rural addresses or large, heavy, fragile, or valuable items.
We have no control over the prices charged for these services.

Shipping is a separate fee, and you are welcome to obtain a quote from them.
Items will be abandoned to the auctioneer if removal is not finalized within 30 days post-auction. No refund will be processed.

Any item we hold onto/store/transport after 30 days will incur a $1 per day storage fee per item/lot.

PICKUP: Local winners may pick up from Legacy Auction & Realty, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 free of charge, with ID and invoice.

ACCOUNT SECURITY: The security of your bidder account is your sole responsibility. The bidder is financially responsible for all bids placed under their account.

Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in bidding service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted, or error-free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. We encourage placing your high bid so you don't miss the final hammer!
