This is a beautiful pastoral painting on porcelain that has been framed in a vintage picture / art frame in a wonderful two-layer design with a black liner that perfectly accentuates the sweet sheep faces in the artwork. The painting is of a pretty, soft scene with some pastel, hazy colors that give the landscape a European sort of feeling. I can almost transport myself to Scotland just looking at it!
I adore this piece and had it hanging by ribbon in the backsplash space of my laundry room - it's the perfect size for a smaller space like that and its scale is sweet to observe from a closer distance.
Frame measures 13 3/4" x 7 3/4". The opening measures 11 3/4" x 5 3/4".
