Early English Cheese Coaster/Stand in its natural state no stain. Cheese was eaten daily in large wealthy households and the cheese coaster or cradle would have been a necessity. They were crescent shaped, sometimes made in a variety of materials, although often in mahogany. You could stain them or even paint them.
Perfect for display with fruit or a cheese wheel.
