This is a large, assorted lot of played-with vintage plastic toys, primarily from the 1950s era. The lot features a variety of figures such as knights, horses, army men, and includes vehicle toys along with playset scenery like fences and building parts. Many items show signs of wear, including scuffs, scratches, and dirt/grime. Notably, knight figures frequently have bent or broken weapons (lances, swords). White plastic items, like a car body and building facades, exhibit discoloration and yellowing. The lot contains numerous loose, unidentified small parts, and some pieces, such as fencing, show stress marks and may be brittle. Ideal for collectors aiming to complete sets or for creative projects like dioramas, this lot offers a wealth of nostalgic charm from the 1950s, with a unique potential value given its rich variety and historical significance in toy manufacturing, linked to well-known brands such as Louis Marx & Co.

After the auction you can checkout two ways: Pay the invoice via Live Auctioneers/Proxibid or pay via the Lodestar Auctions website. Credit card fees apply both ways. 2.9% & $0.30 (4.4% & $0.30 international) through Lodestar Auctions and 4-5% through Live Auctioneers/Proxibid . Lodestar Auctions collects 7% sales tax for Illinois residents only. Live Auctioneers/Proxibid collects sales tax for most states. Check with them for sales rates for your state. Any unpaid items will be automatically charged by Live Auctioneers/Proxibid three days after end of auction. At checkout pay for the item only, shipping will be billed later. See below for shipping options to choose at checkout.

Shipping:


Pick up and buyer arranged shipping is always welcome. We offer in-house shipping for items that can ship through common carrier. All items will be professionally packed at a reasonable rate. If you paid for the item via Lodestar Auctions or Proxibid we will have your items packaged and send you a link to choose and pay for shipping on the Lodestar Auctions Website.

**Important** Live Auctioneers has their own shipping program. We find it to be very expensive and slow. This is the rate you see advertised when bidding. We do not recommend using them. If you do use them you must checkout via Live Auctioneers and choose LiveShip at checkout. If you pay via Live Auctioneers and want our In-house shipping you must choose self-arranged shipping at checkout. If you checkout via Lodestar Auctions this does not apply. I apologize if this is confusing, Live Auctioneers purposely arranged it this way to push their own overpriced shipping service. We are not happy about this and are trying to make it work.


Issues:

All items sold as is. We do our best to describe accurately and take plenty of non-touched up photos to best represent the item. Any lost or damaged item due to shipping must go through the carriers. Buyer pays any return shipping costs regardless of situation.
