Isfahan circa 1920 An early 20th century Persian (Iranian) unmarked silver box

Qajar dynasty. Of cylindrical form with a domed pull off lid. The sides with engraved ghalam zani decoration of vignettes of animals and birds amidst foliage, all reserved with foliage, the top with chased monabatt-kuri decoration of birds amidst foliage gol-o bolbol. Together with another box Isfahan circa 1930-40, Pahlavi dynasty, chased and engraved to the lid with tow cranes and a group of foxes, all reserved with foliate decoration. (2)
