Rectangular form with a hinged lid with engraved linear decoration, initials BG. Gilt interior with hinged pierced grill. Together with another example Birmingham 1816 by Joseph Wilmore, engraved hatched decoration, initials AT to MaR, and another Birmingham 1807 by Matthew Linwood, hatched decoration engraved SC, gilt interior with grill, (pin deficient).
