A pair of vintage chrome-plated table lighters featuring a nautical ship steering wheel motif. Each piece consists of a tapered, flared pedestal base with a miniature steering wheel mounted to the side. The steering wheels feature eight spokes and a polished black cabochon at the center. The top of the pedestal houses a mechanical lighter insert with a black plastic finger lever. The base of each lighter is fitted with a black circular plate secured by two brass screws. Molded into these plates are the characters MADE IN U.S.A. at the top, the word FUEL near one brass screw, the word FLINT near the other, and PAT.
