Florida artist Art Fronckowiak ( 1949-2009) is self taught and has commissioned works for private and corporate collector of his wide range of subjects and painting styles. However his first love was always in in the rich values of traditional romantic landscapes. This beautiful original hand signed oil on canvas is a perfect example of how his work reflects special attention to the play of light across the canvas and the serenity of nature that evokes a sense of stillness and peacefulness. His work is coveted by thousands especially those who collect Highway Men and Dan Butler Art. The former president of Papa John's Pizza had one of the largest of his collections and even had murals by Fronckowiack done in his homes.
We love his scenes because they are those you want to walk into and experience. Fronckowiak's technique and palette are remarkably similar to works of the old masters. An owner of one of his paintings is sure to have in their collection a piece with old world techniques , translated through the modern medium of acrylic oils that are developed to museum quality standards.
