Description
Original pen and walnut ink drawing of a seated female nude by contemporary artist Michelle Arnold Paine. The drawing on 100% cotton archival watercolor paper is matted with 100% cotton white archival matboard and framed in a walnut wood frame and plexiglass which complements the warm woodtones of the walnut ink.
I created this figure drawing with a traditional pen nib and walnut ink. I love life drawing, exploring the line between creating a realistic image and exploring the beauty of the flowing ink on the paper. My figure drawings are created from a live model within in a limited time frame.
The drawing is signed by me, the artist.
