Pair of vintage 80s rattan stands or pedestals, 30 inches tall x 12 inches square. Stands are unmarked but resemble the line of furnishings Billy Baldwin designed for Bielecky Brothers Company. These would be right at home in a Postmodern or California-style interior designed by Michael Taylor. Beautiful patina and a rich honey tone found only with vintage rattan. Stands are high quality, sturdy, and surprisingly heavy. Frames are steel with wood facing, rattan wrap, and basket weave accents. Tops are wood with a cane overlay and will support quite a lot of weight. Great as plant stands but strong enough to hold sculpture or art objects.
