1970s Stunning 1" wide vintage inlaid sterling silver cuff bracelet by Modernist Jack Woolsey. This outstanding bracelet contains an impressive center row of inlaid stones that consist of turquoise and jasper. Beautifully made with the inlaid stones protruding out from the cuff giving the bracelet a unique three dimensional feel. Hallmarked J Woolsey Sterling. The bracelet comes with a safety chain that has a lobster clasp.

Jack Woolsey was an American jeweler and artist. He learned Navajo jewelry techniques from Navajo silversmiths in Taos New Mexico. He is known for his modernist inlay cuffs bracelets and belts and earrings. He used turquoise, jasper , onyx,and other stones. He also traded with Eskimos in the Alaskan tundra where he acquired the fossilized materials he used. The bracelet is excellent vintage condition.

Interior of the cuff measures 4 7/8" with an additional 1 1/4 " gap for a total circumference of 6 1/8". Sterling Silver is relatively malleable, thus this cuff is slightly adjustable.
Width measures 2.72" straight across the widest part (from wrist bone to wrist bone).
Bracelet face measures 1" tall (the face of the bracelet, north to south).
Bracelet depth from top to the underside of wrist is 1.90".
