Late 19th C. copper plated cast iron oval medallion or decorative wall plaque. Exuberantly detailed and elegant rinceau pattern decorating the surface is intertwined with gryphon and dragon heads, lion head and cherub around outer border, and a classical female figure surrounded by garlands, cornucopia and floral motifs in the center. Foundry: American Radiator Company. Originally given by the company as a corporate gift/advertising piece.
