Chinese Chippendale Style Carved Mirror With Phoenix Crest

Description

Stunning Chinese Chippendale style platinum painted giltwood mirror features a very decorative design. This mirror bears many characteristics of Thomas Chippendale designs which include acanthus spays, rocaille, three dimensional ho-ho bird in the center, C scrolls, rock work and floral garlands. This piece is in almost excellent condition with minimal signs of wear, some minor silvering and age to the glass mirror.
