Hang pots and other kitchen utensils on this elegant antique shelf. Crafted in Normandy, France circa 1860, the Louis XV wall hanging piece features a bonnet top decorated with a beautiful hand carved floral bouquet decor at the center, flanked with foliage on both sides. The scalloped piece is dressed with eight bronze hooks with cherub faces, and embellished with a decorative putti mount in the center. The shelf is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and has a rich dark walnut patina. Hooks in the back for easy installation.
