Wonderful pair of vintage mid century Asian figural man & woman table lamps. The figures are very ornate and quite large. The girl is holding an instrument with a crane by her side. The man is holding some sort of weapon or walking stick. They are both dressed in black and gold robes. They are ceramic or some sort of composition. The back poles are brass and wrapped in fabric. The bases have an embossed brass edge with green velvet bottoms. They do come with shades as shown. The shades are long and narrow - nice touch to the lamps. Brass hat finials. Circa 1970s or older.
