Description
A charming antique English porcelain piece by Josiah Spode, England dating to the first quarter of the 1800s. Hand-cut reticulation on the center bowl and stand/underplate and nicely detailed polychrome painting throughout. The design featuring rich blues, chrysanthemums, and variations of Spode's "parsley" background. Twist handles and nicely proportioned. The basket measures 9.1" to its handles. These two pieces are in wonderful antique condition!
