The decorative photograph came with the original frame. You can of course use the frame for you own photographic display. The frame and glass weigh about 20 pounds. The frame is stamped "Made In Italy" on the back of the top brass shell. The intricately carved filigree is topped of with a beautifully decorated shell The Mid-1950's design is within the Hollywood Regency era. The heavy domed glass bows outwardly giving perception and depth to any display you wish to use the frame for. It came from Little Paris an antique store formerly on La Brea Avenue the design area in Beverly Hills California.
