It's as if the swan is admiring it's own beauty. The elegant shape and particularly the long graceful neck that was achieved in the hand blown artisan's talent breath beauty and life into an inanimate piece of glass. This beautiful elegant swan was created on the island of Murano just off the tip of the boot of Italy. I chose this piece from a group of items that were presented to me personally in Los Angeles California.
