Circular instrument retains the original glass lens, internal temperature scale, and engraved bezel reading "Boyce Moto-Meter" with patent dates and "The Moto Meter Co., Inc., Long Island City, N.Y., U.S.A." Intended for installation on early automobiles as a combined radiator cap and engine temperature indicator. Gallery is uncertain as to origin, age, or date of manufacture.
