French Touring bicycle. Designed and made in St. Etienne, France, for touring in early to mid-1900s by the company D'Armes et Cycles St. Etienne. This bicycle has hand operated brakes using levers on the handlebars and a special speed changing system operated by the feet through pedaling forward or in the reverse direction.
