An Irish mezzotint engraver who lived and worked in London most of his life. He reproduced works after the leading portrait artists of the day and was regarded as a master in his field.

Portrait of Miss Cunliffe, a mezzotint engraving after the painting by Francis Cotes, depicts a young girl with her greyhound dog at her side.
