This is the 1993 Fitz & Floyd "The White House" Collector's Teapot, part of their Famous Landmarks Around the World / Collector's Series. It's one of Fitz & Floyd's highly collectible figural teapots, designed to look like the White House with patriotic American details-an eagle finial on top, a red/white/blue flag-inspired spout, and a sculpted branch-style handle with floral accents.
